1.5 years training for creating the next Teachers and Educators
Here at SWave, we have developed a unique plan, that allows you to learn Education from anywhere in the world.
Our plan is spread across 18 months and is consists of 920 academic hours. the students will learn online with our
Minute Man system, the help of their Personal Mentors, and while implementing the Ultra Learning techniques for accelerated self-study.
Every 2 weeks, the students will gather to meet and collaborate on a study trip to a School, an Organization, our headquarters, and more. As part of our 'Method Of Excellence', We believe that the combination of online learning with the study groups creates a comprehensive and powerful Hybrid Learning process.
The training is made up of 23 modules in 4 different domains: Education, Education Philosophy, Hybrid Learning, and Personal Skills.
After the first year, each student will take on an internship in schools, NGOs, and organizations. Following our
Full Immersion Principal, the student will firsthand learn and will put into practice his skills and knowledge.

As part of the innovative programs offered, there is a base of participants who are hundreds of kilometers from each other and study together online.

Creating a successful online learning environment that also incorporates high-quality physical study spaces will enable in the various programs a connection between teachers, students and educational institutions from different ends for cooperation and the creation of a force multiplier.

The experience of the last few years shows that this unique hybrid learning environment needs significant innovation besides a technological connection for personal video calls.

For this purpose, the dynamic campus method was developed
The learning method
(for all programs)

A personal learning group of up to ten participants who come from the same educational institution/organization or are in a geographical proximity that enables a study meeting.

If within the framework of the program the group has more participants then it will be divided into two or more learning spaces

The learning group studies in a common space and is connected online with the professional lecturer/mentor and another group through the infrastructure of video calls.

The study is always in a group space, the lecturer is the link between the different groups located in different locations

For the learning configuration of the dynamic campus it is essential to have the correct physical and organizational infrastructure.

Physical infrastructure of a learning group that includes a spacious seating area, ergonomic furniture, large display screens for a conference call (there are no conference screens on the personal computers)

Organizational infrastructure of a learning group that includes choosing a location that allows for proper acoustics, flexibility in location and time in front of the school system for staying after work hours, transportation accessibility to the place and convenient parking.
The physical campus

The dynamic campus is interpreted in our different programs in different geographical areas.

For the purpose of connecting the various groups to joint study (according to the contents of the programs), the physical model of the dynamic campus was developed by our company for an innovative configuration of using collaborative workspaces and/or public spaces for other uses.

These spaces undergo an examination procedure by our company's architectural team for suitability as excellent infrastructure for study groups, lecture halls and even for self-study in a quiet environment without external disturbances.

At the time of formation of each study group in the various programs and according to the contents of the program, the profile of the participants and the geographical distribution, the company will allocate a suitable space for the group or part of it according to regions.
